A little update on Vanessa.

Age: 7 months
Weight: at least 20 pounds
She wears size 4 diapers, and 12 month close, mainly the pants and shorts. She can wear anywhere from 9-18 month onsies. He weight is mainly in her chunky little legs, its so cute. She has learned to fake cry, and get louder for attention. She can scoot, which isn't as great as you would think. If she sees something she wants, she goes for it. She can almost crawl, which means she'll be walking soon. We are still working on getting her to sit up. There will be a trip to the store soon for a special chair for that. Her favorite things are food, and bath time. She still doesn't sleep through the night because she loves to eat. Because of that, I never have enough formula from WIC. I think I will be switching her to Milk as soon as we are out of formula. I believe she is big enough for it, and she has a great immune system.

Christian, is working full time and watches Vanessa for me at night. The only time we really have together is on the weekends, which are usually filled with errands and the such.

I am half way through my second course. I got a 101 on my midterm and have a 99 in the class. So I'm pretty happy. I am considering going into the pathology section of my career choice. After watching the movie Pathology I think it would be cool. I'm really cool with our program advisor, so I may be able to get an extern where I work 10-12 hour shifts so I can finish that up early and start working sooner. I hope to get into a hospital. That would be loads of fun.

Check out the new pictures of Vanessa when you get a chance!

(The mood thing won't let me change it)

If you are going to start milk early, you might need to try something with a higher fat content, that is lactose free. Goat's milk is a great option! It's what I had to do for Aralynn, as she was a baby that was always hungry.
:D She's doing great!

There is a risk of a severe lactose intolerance later in life by starting them early :)
They say that with everything though, :blahblah: no starting cereal early, it might cause this and this
BAH :D Elias started some cereal this afternoon.
At first he was :yuck: then a couple spoonfuls in, I was having a hard time getting it to his mouth fast enough! Screw the waiting until 6 months! I like not having to feed him every hour, because he's so hungry.

I agree. Vanessa started cereal at 2 weeks, she's fine. We started baby food at 1 1/2 months. We switched formula after a couple of months as well. If she doesn't adjust to the milk after a week, I will go back to formula. I don't see it being a problem. It's just a month sooner than I was planning on. Maybe it will make her sleep through the night.

Yay for not feeding every hour! They have baby food that is for birth+. If he's an oinker like Vanessa you should add some of that to his cereal. Give him some more flavor.
